Got an iPad?
First off - signing works incredibly well, out of the box. Your signers will get full-screen EchoSign e-signature pages automatically, and be able to sign in seconds.
Sending works well too -- but make sure you turn off allowing senders to attach documents from their computers on the Account tab / Send Settings. The iPad's browser does not support uploading local documents yet -- but you can still send either from your Document Library, or Google Docs, as long as you de-select "Allow senders to attach documents from their computers".
Generally speaking, you won't be able to Send contracts from your iPad unless you deselect this option.
Note that there are also some limitations on the iPad in terms of how you can position signatures and other fields after clicking Send.
So if you want to create forms, or position signature fields in specific locations in a document, may want to set up these forms up in advance, using your Document Library -- on your PC.
If you use Google Docs, you can review your last 5 Google Docs right from EchoSign on your iPad. However, Google does not currently allow you to edit documents on the iPad (hopefully, this will change soon).
Either way, you're ready to Send on your iPad.
As you can see below, for your recipients -- there's nothing to do at all. The e-signing experience on the iPad is pretty terrific for most contracts, with no changes required.
