Brian

We send contracts out for hotel rooms and require a credit card number to secure the rooms. I tried using the new mask option and my only problem with it is that I can't access the numbers after they've been masked. Am I doing something wrong?

Amy Wang

Hi Brian, you can retrieve the masked data by exporting the agreement field data and viewing it in Excel. On the Manage page, next to the Document Title, there is a small spreadsheet icon. Click on that to view export and view the data. Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks!
