We have a whole slew of new features coming in early March.
An overview is below; a quick summary includes:
- Advanced Authentication: Advanced Knowledge-Based Authentication and Advanced Web Identity Based Authentication
- Customize e-Sign Page with your brand and social media
- Masked Fields 2.0: dynamically remove and/or hide sensitive data
- Turbocharged Reports: real-time reports, 10x faster than before
- Microsoft CRM and Sharepoint integrations
- EchoSign-for-Salesforce v12 (more in a separate post), including real-time dynamic merging and mapping, and dynamic agreement templates - native one-click contract generation in the cloud from multiple templates; and automated contract generation and send-for-signature (no human required).
- Outlook Integration v5 - full integration with drag-and-drop - just contact your EchoSign contact for a copy
Also look for updates to EchoSign-for-NetSuite, for-SugarCRM, for-iOS, and for-Box, coming soon.
We send contracts out for hotel rooms and require a credit card number to secure the rooms. I tried using the new mask option and my only problem with it is that I can't access the numbers after they've been masked. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Brian, you can retrieve the masked data by exporting the agreement field data and viewing it in Excel. On the Manage page, next to the Document Title, there is a small spreadsheet icon. Click on that to view export and view the data. Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks!
