EchoSign Spring 2009 adds a powerful new option for building your own documents templates and forms for repeated use and even share them with other users in your company.
For those of you who use PDF forms created in Adobe Acrobat or Nitro PDF - no problem, we continue to support the rich functionality of those forms in EchoSign and even made them better.
But now, if you want to build a standard form on the web, without Adobe or any other desktop software - you can. Just select Add Document to Library from the Home tab.
With EchoSign Spring 2009 you can upload any document (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, text files and more) to the EchoSign Document Library and use our cool new authoring tool to position signatures, initials and data entry fields and create a new document template or a powerful web form in minutes! And all this right in your browser without downloading or installing software!
If you already have a PDF form -- just upload it to the Doc Library, we'll convert it to a web-form with all its fields and allow you to edit it right on EchoSign!
