EchoSign has added two powerful new ways to sign in addition to our trademark Instant e-signatures, you can now select Advanced signatures, which allow an instant script
signature placed anywhere in the document, or if you want, Handwritten
biometric signatures, where signers can sign with a mouse.
Just select your signature preference on the Account tab.
If you don't select a change here, don't worry -- nothing will change unless you do.
Advanced and Biometric signatures allow your signers to use the EchoSign Signing Wizard that would guide through the signature process to ensure they complete and sign the document quickly and easily.
The EchoSign Signing Wizard works with any browser, both on a MAC and a PC and does NOT require downloading or installing any software.
EchoSign allows you to select how your signers will create their signatures. In addition to using our existing signature stamps you can now ensure paper-like signature appearance in your documents – a perfect solution for real-estate, financial services and when you need to forward signed documents to 3rd parties.
The Advanced Signature option allows your customers to type their signature, while allowing them to draw it with their mouse if they wish to do so.
Or, to enhance security and identity verification, the Biometric Signature option allows you to require your signers to draw their handwritten signature on the screen using their mouse!
EchoSign for Salesforce Customers
You may change your account settings by logging in directly to your EchoSign account at www.echosign.com. If you do not have direct access to your EchoSign admin console, you may contact our support team by phone or by email -- they will be more than happy to configure your account to use the new features.
