For those of you using PDF forms, we've build a powerful new engine that will convert your PDF forms to web-based forms (HTML) on the fly -- and then back to PDF for archiving.
The new EchoSign Signing Wizard is 100% web-based, works both on PCs and Macs and does not require software to be downloaded or installed on the signer's computer.
What that means is no more Mac or other problems with Adobe Reader and Adobe forms. You can keep all of the power of PDF forms, and lose the headache.
This feature simply rocks - just send any PDF form for signature or save it in your document library and let your signers experience the all-new EchoSign Signing Wizard that will guide them through the signing process so they can sign, initial and enter data quickly and easily and get the document completed and signed in seconds.
Note that to preserve the current customer experiences, customers who have signed up for EchoSign before June 2009 will not have this option turned on by default. I.e., your PDF forms will still be rendered in Reader. If you want to switch to web-forms, just contact support to enable the option in your account (click here for instructions).
