We've taken the very successful custom workflows from our web product and added them into Salesforce.
Whoever needs to sign, approve, or notify, or receive copies, in what order can now be custom configured in Salesforce.
And because EchoSign is natively integrated inside of Salesforce as a custom object, workflows and other events (such as getting out an invoice) can be automatically triggered off Salesforce e-signing workflows.
