- Choose your signature type
EchoSign has added two powerful new ways to sign in addition to our trademark Instant e-signatures, you can now select Advanced signatures, which allow an instant script signature placed anywhere in the document, or if you want, Handwritten biometric signatures, where signers can sign with a mouse.
You may configure your account's signature type by logging in to your EchoSign account at www.echosign.com or by contacting our support team.
- Create EchoSign Forms using Text Tags
EchoSign allows you to easily place signatures, initial boxes and forms fields in your document simply by adding special text tags in your document. Tags may appear in any document type including PDF, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Docs and simple text files (*.txt)
EchoSign for Salesforce customers can use this powerful feature by simply editing their document templates -- e.g. templates used by the Salesforce merge tool, CongaMerge or contract management solutions like Apttus, etc.
- Create Custom Workflows in Salesforce
You can now customize the EchoSign Agreement page layout such that it will more accurately reflect your business process and the terminology used by your team -- e.g. replace the standard "Recipient" and "Additional Recipients" with "Customer", "Sales Operations", etc.
