Fax It In Instead

For some time, we've offered a user-setting to allow your signers to fax back a document instead of e-signing.

We've now rolled this out to all customers and made it much simpler to choose with a simple link next to the "Click to eSign" button.

This unique feature allows you to provide your customers with a choice and make sure that you will get your documents signed as quickly as possible -- most signers will use eSignatures since it's simpler, faster and easier to use, but some may still feel more comfortable with the familiar fax option.

You may change this settings in the Signature Settings section in your Account tab.
