Some EchoSign instances are temporarily unavailable - our apologies.
Update 9:30am PST: The root cause has been identified, and full service is restored. More details to follow here at trust.echosign.com
Root cause analysis: a redundant server failed in one part of the EchoSign document conversion processes, which generally is a non-issue, as the EchoSign application is designed to, and did, automatically route document processing to multiple other process servers in the EchoSign instance. Roll-over functioned properly and without incident on new transactions, but automated alerts signaled potential issues on a small number of in-process transactions that had been handled by the one faulty server. As a precaution, the instance affected was temporarily taken out of service. Restarting the broker resolved the in-process transactions, and full service was restored in the impacted instance. As a process improvement, EchoSign will analyze if the specific alert triggered can be downgraded to a 'watch' status.
